Refund Policy / All sales are final policy

Non-refundable Items: Gift cards and items on sale are non-refundable. Exceptions are items on sale which have arrived broken, damaged or haven't arrived in 30 days after purchase was made. 

Returns Within 100 days:
If you find that one of our toys doesn't meet your expectations and you wish to return it, you have a generous 100-day window to do so.
Contact us at info@hands-on-toys.com, and we'll guide you through the simple process. Please note that the toy must be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging for a refund to be processed.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@hands-on-toys.com, and if eligible, we'll provide instructions on where and how to return the item to our warehouse. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order and receive a full refund if the request is made before the order has been shipped. Once the package is in transit, you'll need to follow the return process upon delivery to obtain a full refund.

Refunds Process: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned package, we will notify you of its arrival. Approval or rejection of your refund will also be communicated. If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 business days but as soon as possible.

Shipping for Returns: We are not responsible for return shipping costs and do not provide return labels. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If exchanging, the time for the new item to reach you may vary depending on your location. For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


Broken or Damaged Products

Broken or Damaged Products: If you discover a flaw or fault in an item within the first 5 days of receiving it, contact us at info@hands-on-toys.com, and we'll provide a suitable solution.

Exchanges: For defective or damaged items we send a replacement, or if you wish to exchange for another product, email us at info@hands-on-toys.com for assistance.

Late Delivery or Missing Packages


Late Delivery: We provide tracked shipping for our products, and the majority arrive within the estimated delivery time displayed during checkout. However, if a delivery takes longer than 30 days, customers are eligible for a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure timely deliveries for all orders. 

Missing Packages: Due to instances of fraudulent claims from customers, if your order is marked "delivered" but cannot be located and is not insured, we, unfortunately, cannot provide a refund or replacement. In these cases, we recommend reaching out to the courier service directly with the shipping details to seek further assistance

Undeliverable Packages: If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the responsibility lies with the customer, and we cannot refund products that have already been shipped.


Additional Guidelines

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund in 5 business days after it was approved by us, it may take some time to reflect in your account. Contact your banking service, and if needed, reach out to us at info@hands-on-toys.com for assistance.

Shipping Insurance: For added protection, we offer low-cost shipping insurance with each order. If, despite the shipping company's confirmation, your insured order fails to arrive, we will promptly send a replacement. Opting for insurance also prioritizes your order at our warehouse, though standard delivery times still apply.
